Eight harvests with the same farming families in Yunnan and Ethiopia. We visit, we cup together, and we pay for quality at the farm gate — not at auction. That relationship is why our green coffee arrives consistent enough to roast for clarity in the first place. Every bag names the farm region, elevation, process, and harvest. If we can't trace it, we don't roast it.
The Reserve Collection
Baoshan Noir
Grown in the mist-wrapped mountains of Baoshan, this is coffee for the slow hour. Brewed as a pour-over, it opens with ripe pear and a winey brightness, settles into roasted nut and caramel, and finishes long and clean — like the last light of evening. Prefer espresso? It still pulls a thick, golden crema. But this lot was profiled with the kettle in mind.

Where exactly do your beans come from?
Every bag lists farm region, elevation, processing method, and harvest season. If we can't trace it, we don't roast it.
How do you guarantee consistency?
Our direct-air roaster logs every batch against a master roast curve. Deviations get cupped, flagged, and never shipped.
Are your roasts suited to pour-over?
Yes — our Specialty Series is profiled for filter first: developed enough for sweetness, light enough to keep the origin clear. Reserve lots include a suggested recipe on the bag.
When was my coffee roasted?
The roast date is printed on every bag. Weekday orders are roasted and dispatched within 24 hours.
The Ritual
Four minutes that belong only to you.

Wake the beans.
Open the bag. Breathe in. Grind only what you need — medium-fine, like coarse sand. Fold the filter, rinse it, warm the vessel. The day has already slowed.

Bloom.
Pour just enough water to wet the grounds. Watch them rise and release. Forty-five seconds of nothing to do but notice. Precision roasting did its work weeks ago; now the stillness is yours.

Pour.
Slow circles, from the centre out. No rushing the kettle. Let gravity and patience finish what the farm and the roaster began.
